Returns

Since our products are made-to-order and custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Wrong size selected by the customer

Change of mind

Color preference

Personal preference

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective product

A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your Order ID

Clear photos of the product

An unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will provide a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before printing begins. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Orders refused at the time of delivery may affect future Cash on Delivery eligibility.
